1. AAC(Aerated Autoclaved Concrete Block Machine line)introduce

(1).  introduction
  Aerated concrete brick (light brick ) is a light and porous building material. It has light keeping temperature cant burn and other advantages. it can be made into many kinds of bricks (for example 600×200×100,600×150×100, 600×300×200, 600×200×150 ), and they could be used in industry buildings and common buildings. they are more and more popular in the world In the future, they will replace the Clay brick completely.   

(2). Aerated concrete common  conception
    Common concrete density is usually 1600-2400kg/m³, but Aerated concrete is 500kg/m³,600kg/m³,700kg/m³. It does not have a big grain and mainly uses silicon material (for example coal ash, sand, stone dust, and others ), making the material small for example sand, it can be used directly if has enough degree of small (for example coal ash. Mixing calcium material lime cement water to a special slop, then add the aluminum dust and the additive. Make the aluminum dust and the special slop have a Chemical reflection. then produce Hydrogen to make the concrete slop expand or swell, foam. Next, put them into the curing room for concreting cutting and steaming curing. last, there will become the light brick. the porous rate is 70-80%.

     Aerated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m³,(according to the market produce ), same as 1/3 of clay brick and  1/5 common concrete. So using the Light brick can reduce the weight of the build more,and also reduce the beam of the roof and pillar press best. then you can see, that it can save material and cost, and it also fights shaking.
    
keeping temperature
     It has many are porous, and the delivery hearting coefficient is 0.9-0.22W/(mk), the same as  1/4 or 1/5 of clay brick, so it is the best material now in the world.

Material dealing process
Put the fly ash or sand into the ball mill to mill via the conveyor belt, after milling, put the slurry into the slurry storage tank by slurry pump. 

Batching, mixing, and pouring process
The lime and cement will be conveyed by the conveyor to the dry powder measure scale to scale separately. The slurry is conveyed by a slurry pump and then to the automatic scale; the power and slurry are put into the mixer and poured into the mould.

Curing process
After the slurry is poured into the mould, put the mould box into the curing room at 50~70ºC. After 2-3 hours of curing, the blocks become solid

Cutting process
Using a reversal crane carry the mould and block to de-mould on the cutting cart. The cutting cart will take the block to a level cutting machine, vertical cutting, two sides cutting, and remove the top waste material

Autoclaved
Finished cutting using a semi-product crane carry to the front of the autoclave grouped, hoisting machine or dragger will drag steam trolley into the autoclave to steam, it needs 10-12 hours.

Finished product out of autoclave, with separating machine to separate layer by layer




Package
Using a finished block carry hanger clamp the finished product to the packaging line on wooden pallets, after the package, then by forklift the finished products to the piled yard according to specifications to stack.
